Interested in building a fun and satisfying career in flooring sales? We have 3 flooring stores in the OKC area and we are growing. We need growth oriented people to join the team to help us create the best flooring stores in Oklahoma. We are willing to train you in the flooring industry. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, person with a positive attitude that is willing to learn. Must have a tenacious interest in customer success and the desire to sell and make money. We are looking for people who are competitive by nature and want to learn the art and science of sales as it relates to negotiating, objection handling and closing. While prospects will come through digital marketing, repeats and referrals, you will be responsible for creating new leads through social media, facebook marketplace, attending mix and mingles (networking events), cold calling, etc. Store hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM M-F and Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You will work an 8-5 shift or a 9-6 shift with the possibility of an off-day rotation to make it a 5-day week. To start you will have a shift of 44.5 hours a week. Pay is $3k/base a month plus commission. An additional $1000 draw toward commission per month will be added to the base pay for the first 4 months to provide time to build a book of business. Our highest earners make $100k plus. The average earner makes $50k a year. It comes down to your appetite and aptitude. We can make you a great seller. Come join our fantastic team of sellers!
