Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services. Responsibilities * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. * Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. * Assist customers in placing orders and processing returns or exchanges. * Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction. * Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs. * Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies. Qualifications * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. * Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to customer service. * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. * High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
