Oklahoma's industry-leading Safety Shoe and clothing company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to accommodate our growing business. Gellco Clothing & Shoes has over 60 years in the industry with steady growth and stability. We lead the way in Oklahoma for safety shoes, work clothing, and much more. Pay ranges from $12.00 to $15.00 an hour depending on experience/performance. Additional bonuses, commission, and benefits. Pay subject to grow based on experience and performance. Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right employee. Helpful traits include: good communication skills, along with a friendly and energetic attitude. Organization and timeliness are also important. Job duties include (but not limited to): - Assisting customers throughout their shopping process - Open and Close Store - Informing customers on product technology - Assisting with organizing and filling orders - Assisting in fulfilling and servicing account programs - Calling on customers to inform them the status of their orders - Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a customer-friendly storefront - Organize inventory - Assist in warehouse (must be capable of lifting 50lbs or less for short durations) - Bilingual (Preferred, not required) - Must be available to work Saturdays - Open to assisting/driving our Mobile Store fittings Steady position that offers highly competitive pay plus benefits.
