Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building. * Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to develop customized financial plans. * Offer guidance on a range of financial products, including life insurance, annuities, retirement planning, and investment options. * Provide exceptional service by regularly reviewing and updating clients' financial plans as their life circumstances evolve. * Educate clients on available financial products, insurance policies, and investment opportunities, empowering them to make informed decisions. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements to ensure clients receive the best possible advice. What You Bring * Proven Communication Skills : Ability to convey complex financial concepts in clear, relatable terms. * Client-Focused Mindset : Passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals. * Analytical Abilities : Strong skills in assessing financial situations and identifying effective solutions. * Professional Experience : Previous experience in finance, sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred). * Licensing : Must either be licensed or willing to obtain state insurance and securities licenses (company-sponsored for qualified candidates).
