Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Manager to lead our insurance operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and team members. As an Insurance Manager, you will oversee sales administration, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including HIPAA. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction within our insurance services. Duties * Manage daily operations of the insurance department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies. * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service offerings. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Oversee sales administration processes, including tracking sales performance and managing client accounts. * Coordinate benefits administration to ensure clients receive appropriate coverage options. * Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices in retail sales and telemarketing techniques. * Collaborate with outside sales teams to develop strategies that enhance market presence and customer engagement. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA guidelines. Qualifications * Proven experience in insurance management or a related field. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Experience in sales administration, benefits administration, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances client communication capabilities. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
