JOB SUMMARY A Sales Manager for Walton Residential Services will acquire new business by developing strong customer relationships, analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize team performance and meet sales targets. The individual will be experienced in and familiar with all components associated with Residential Roofing. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Hit sales targets and sales goas by coordinating with sales representative daily * Work to establish add-on business with existing customers * Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives to drive profit margins and secure market share while growing and achieving monthly/yearly sales and margin budgets * Establish consistent work revenue for their sales team by collaborate with leadership to develop sales budgets, pricing strategies, and territory design * Maintain up-to-date knowledge base of entire roofing product line and update knowledge when changes are made to a product, while making sure the sales team is also up to date * Attend industry and product related training programs, conferences, seminars and educational forums * Work closely with residential sales department to assure they provide client satisfaction and business accountability with clients, current and potential. * Being the leader when it comes to department discussion to achieve sales, production and accounting initiatives * To promote a sales culture that establishes a high performance, continuous improvement, and teamwork * Continuously build market intelligence through local industry associations, events, and vendor relationships, insuring customer satisfactions; establishing new business opportunities. * Provide accurate price quotes in a timely manner to customers * Perform other duties as assigned by the operations manager * Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures * Generate proposal to client via email. Track and follow up on all bids via acculynx tool and with sales team, guiding each deal from beginning to end QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS * Previous sales managing experience * Previous team management and pitch training experience * Ability to read blue prints and specs preferred * Ability to manage issues and make decisions while maintaining the company's regulations and procedure in mind * Professional demeanor whenever on the phone, in person, on job sites and conducting business * Knowledgeable in CRM Software systems * Ability to communicate with sales team and sustain a professional working environment at all times * Must have a valid driver's license * Sales Roofing and Management knowledge is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * On call * Weekends as needed Experience: * Management: 2 years (Required) * Outside sales: 4 years (Preferred) * Sales management: 3 years (Required) * Roofing: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Bradenton, FL 34204 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Bradenton, FL 34204: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
