Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Rep / Account Manager to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for managing key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic account management. This position handles the day-to-day service needs of our customers. It ensures that our customers' accounts are current, and any difficulties have been resolved. The job requires great communication skills and diligence to provide outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients - Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth - Conduct warm calls to existing customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Negotiate and/or modify contracts to retain clients - Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly * Provide professional customer service on all incoming calls, effectively answering questions and resolving issues * Enter and update client records with attached files, documents and communication * Contact clients for missing records * Update and send required documentation to customers based on the daily FMCSA filings of cancellations and reinstatements * A/R on past due accounts including taking payments * Provide brokers refund form, at appropriate time, after cancellation of any Trust Funds * Assist in any other project or duty manager requests * Able to provide excellent customer service, even during difficult conversations Qualifications: - Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams * High School or equivalent * Excellent verbal and written communication * Proficient skill level with computer programs including Data Management systems * Minimum of two years any CSR experience * A valid Insurance Producer License is a plus. Must be willing to obtain License within a reasonable time after hired if you don't currently have one.
