The Big Task You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming and outbound customer calls into booked service appointments. Key Sub Tasks * Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to fill 3-day call board as necessary * Inside sales, following up on all unbooked opportunity calls and estimates * You will need to learn the call script in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers. * Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional. * Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information. * Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager. * Administrative duties as tasked / needed Desired Skills and Experience * Proved track record in customer service. * Proved track record in inside sales is a plus. * Competent in dealing with customer conflict. * Enjoys people and comfortable with speaking with clients by phone. * IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems. * Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. * Strong verbal and written communications. * Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy. * Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. * Highly motivated, flexible and ability to swift tasks when needed. * Great attitude on life and contribute to our standards of company culture.
