Duties * Support and manage client accounts with precision and care * Handle endorsements, audits, policy changes, renewals, and special projects * Provide outstanding service--answering inquiries about quotes, claims, coverages, and billing * Partner with agents to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction * Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage gaps with thoughtful solutions * Build and maintain long-term client relationships through attentive, reliable support * Contribute to agency success through collaboration, initiative, and excellence Requirements * Current 4-40 License (Required by the State Department of Insurance) * 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry * Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills * High attention to detail and organization * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software * A proactive, client-first mindset and desire to grow professionally * Proven experience in customer support or client services is preferred. * Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on building relationships with customers. * Proficient in computer systems and data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on the phone or through chat platforms. * Sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of how to identify customer needs effectively. * A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
