Full description of the position

Daily operations * Exterior home inspections to diagnose storm damage. * Make recommendations to Homeowner based on findings. * Assist Homeowners through the insurance process. * Sales process: Sign contingency agreements with the Client after assessing damages. * Meet various representatives at the property. * Generate new business by door knocking/business networking/events. * Achieve daily and weekly quota of inspections/contracts signed. * Methodically manage your sales funnel and job pipeline. * Maintain constant communication with Office and Homeowners. * Manage Jobsite during build day. * Use SalesForce CRM to manage jobs. * Pickup and return materials if needed. * Collect checks. * Ability to climb a ladder up to 20 feet required.
