Duties -Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels (calls, emails, networking, etc.) - Customer engagement: building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. - Negotiation and Closing: Handling objections, negotiating terms, and finalizing sales agreements. -Market Research: Staying informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to adjust strategies as needed. -Customer Support : Assisting customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
