ProFast Supply is now looking for driven and dedicated new team members to expand the team and help us service our customers' needs. Outside Sales Role The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory through creating new leads and strengthening already existing customer relationships. Competitive Salary and Commission Package, Full Medical Benefits, 401k Match, and PTO Package Responsibilities * Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers * Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers * Continually meet or exceed sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers * Develop and implant an effective sales strategy to drive sales * Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales * Collaborate with Management to expand brand presence through the creation of marketing tactics * Research competitor's products and pricing as well as market conditions * Strategically negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales Requirements * Proven outside sales experience * Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications * Familiarity with CRM maintenance * Strong consultative sales skills * Excellent organization skills * Effective communication and negotiation skills * Detail-oriented mentality * Must have a clean driver's license This role routinely travels in a car or van. This role also works in an office environment with some time spent in a warehouse environment, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Travel requirements are up to 75% of the role, no overnight travel is required.
