Wireless Account Representative Responsibilities: * Wireless Account Representatives provide personalized sales presentations to businesses, showing how Frontier's offerings can enhance productivity, connectivity, and security * Promote limited-time offers, discounts, or bundled packages to increase the likelihood of closing sales. * Engage with customers to promote products and services, explain features, and encourage the adoption of Frontier's offerings * Keep an accurate record of customer interactions, feedback, and preferences * Ensure all communications with customers adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations * Join Wireless Account Representative meetings to help resolve any issues that arise * Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics related to new customer acquisitions Wireless Account Representative Requirements: * Wireless Account Representatives must have at least 2 years of complete college coursework or related work experience * Experience in sales, customer service or customer support roles preferred but not required * Dependable transportation to travel to and from various field locations * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Active listening skills * Experience with public speaking a plus * Comfortable engaging with customers face to face * Able to think on your feet and adapt to changing environments Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week Benefits: * 401(k) Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person
