Are you an HVAC expert with a knack for making sales and forming new connections? If so, Elmer's Home Services in Houston, TX could use you as a new full-time HVAC Comfort Advisor! Are you disciplined? Can you hold a conversation and build a rapport? Can you follow directions? Are you professional and motivated to succeed? If YES, then this is the job for you! PAY & BENEFITS Our HVAC Comfort Advisor earns $250,000+ per year. We offer fantastic benefits , including an employer contribution on medical, dental, and vision (starts every 1st of the month) as well as paid plumbing certification renewal, CE classes, and work all year round, along with more benefits in the making! You can expect to work from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm with alternating weekends. Interested? Apply today! THE HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR You conduct in-home consultations with customers, assess their HVAC needs, and provide tailored solutions. You educate customers about different upgrade options, recommend the best products and services for them, and encourage them to close the sale. Here are the minimum requirements: * Valid driver's license * A minimum of 18 months of previous experience in sales is required, however, 5 or more years of experience in sales would be preferred * Working knowledge of ServiceTitan is preferred * Ability to always follow our training processes and procedures on every call and embody The Elmer's Way * Willingness to participate in all company-sponsored training classes * Courteous demeanor, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills OUR HISTORY Our company has served the San Antonio area's HVAC needs for over 25 years.
