Sales Associate Job Details Location: Shelbyville, KY Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Occasional Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Pay: $18.00 per hour Type: Temp with Intent to Hire About the Sales Associate Role Crown Staffing is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Sales Associate to join a local retail team in Shelbyville, KY. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. The Sales Associate will assist customers, process transactions, and ensure the store is stocked and organized. Key Responsibilities -Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner -Answer questions, provide product recommendations, and help locate items -Operate the cash register and handle customer checkouts accurately -Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized sales floor -Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed -Assist with basic cleaning duties and display organization -Support team members with general retail tasks as assigned -Work occasional Saturday mornings as scheduled Requirements -High school diploma or equivalent preferred -Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Dependable, punctual, and able to work scheduled hours -Basic math and cash-handling skill -Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise throughout the shift -Team-oriented and proactive in assisting where needed About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that unites character- driven people and companies to build rewarding careers and strong organizations.
