We are a fast-growing international freight forwarder specializing in ocean, air, and ground transportation between Asia and the U.S. With warehouses and logistics partners in major U.S. ports, we serve importers, exporters, e-commerce businesses, and manufacturers with tailored end-to-end logistics solutions. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and provide customized freight solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new sales leads within targeted industries (import/export, e-commerce, wholesale, etc.) * Promote our freight forwarding services: Ocean (FCL/LCL), Air, Trucking, Customs Clearance, Warehousing * Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service follow-up * Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction * Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Qualifications: * 1+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation sales preferred * Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Bilingual (English/Chinese or English/Spanish) is a plus * Existing client base is a strong advantage What We Offer: * Competitive commission-based compensation (uncapped earnings) * Flexible schedule and remote work options * Supportive team environment with back-office and operational support * Opportunity for career advancement in a growing logistics company * Bonus programs and incentive packages Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Application Question(s): * What types of clients have you sold to in the past * What is your experience with international shipping services * Are you open to a commission-based compensation model with high earning potential? * Why do you want to work in outside sales for a freight forwarding company? * How many year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics?
