You'll play a key role in building relationships, boosting member satisfaction, and driving new business. Responsibilities: Greet all members and guests with enthusiasm and positivity Check members in following company protocols Promote and explain membership options, promotions, and club amenities Assist with sign-ups, forms, and payment processing Upsell add-on services and products to enhance the member experience Manage and follow up on all leads, referrals, and missed guests Generate new business through outreach, guest passes, and social media engagement Handle member inquiries, feedback, and issues professionally Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lounge area Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience What We're Looking For Previous experience in fitness, retail, or customer service (preferred) Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Sales or upselling experience and goal-oriented mindset Reliable, punctual, and great at multitasking Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and social media platforms is helpful Passionate about fitness and creating a welcoming club environment Who We Are Crunch is known for making serious fitness fun.
