Full description of the position
Job description As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing the entire sales cycle, and closing high-value deals in North America Region. Key Responsibilities * Identify, engage, and convert potential customers through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and strategic networking. * Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. * Conduct first-level product demos, presentations, and discovery calls to showcase our platform's value. * Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecasting booking outlook. * Build relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT teams, and procurement. * Collaborate with Marketing, SDR teams and product teams to optimize lead generation and nurturing efforts. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize deal value while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our solution effectively. * Attend events and conferences for networking and meeting more prospects. What We 're Looking For * Around 7 to 12 years of SaaS sales experience , preferably in B2B enterprise or mid-market sales. * Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing deals. * Strong understanding of consultative selling and value-based sales methodologies. * Experience selling to multiple stakeholders in complex sales cycles. * Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated, coachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Strong collaboration internally working with multiple teams. * Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Bonus Points * Experience in e-book SaaS or from book publishing domain. * Previous experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS company.
