OVERVIEW We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills who is looking to gain experience in supporting our successful sales team! And we are growing our team that sells Allegiance's value. In this role you will work closely with the Sales Leadership Team to support our growing needs. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by gathering, analyzing, and reporting data, preparing sales materials for internal and external meetings and providing general support to Sales Leaders. This role will also support support our Marketing Manager and all company marketing projects. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data to create regular and ad hoc reports, helping to identify trends and key metrics within the company * Develop and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and other reporting tools to track sales performance * Support the Sales Leaders in preparing proposals and sales materials for client meetings and internal reviews * Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and track the progress of sales opportunities * Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication * Provide general administrative support to the Sales Leadership team, including coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary materials * Support company marketing initiatives APPLY IF YOU HAVE * Working towards or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or comparable experience * Strong proficiency in Excel and other data visualization tools; experience with any CRM software is a plus * Must possess a good technical aptitude and ability to multi-task * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team * Willingness to grow and expand duties and assist where needed OPPORTUNITIES & BENEFITS Allegiance Merchant Services is a rapidly growing company making a big difference for our customers and partners in the FinTech space.
