Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your passion for cannabis and ability to communicate effectively will help customers make informed decisions regarding their purchases. Duties * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Educate customers on various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates. * Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. * Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register. * Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products. * Upsell additional products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. * Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. * Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements * Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers. * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures. * Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus but not required; training will be provided. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn about the cannabis industry.
