You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring residential properties that align with our investment strategy. This position offers a flexible schedule with Sundays and Mondays off and the ability to work in a hybrid setting. Key Responsibilities: * Answer inbound calls from potential sellers. * Follow up with inbound leads for properties to purchase. * Talk directly to sellers to collect information regarding their motivation to sell and property conditions. * Set appointments for acquisitions team members. * Manage the sales pipeline and track progress toward company goals. * Stay updated on real estate trends, zoning laws, and investment strategies. Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (real estate experience not required). * Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting. * Ability to analyze market trends and property values to drive sales success. * Basic understanding of contracts and real estate transactions. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
