We're looking for a motivated and dynamic HVAC Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our growth. Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced and goal-oriented HVAC Sales Representative who is passionate about helping clients find the right HVAC solutions for their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Experience in the HVAC industry is highly preferred, as is a proven track record in consultative sales. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with prospective clients, including residential, commercial, and industrial customers. - Conduct on-site assessments and consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions. - Prepare and present proposals and estimates that align with client budgets and project requirements. - Collaborate with project management and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of installations and services. - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients. - Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and identify future sales opportunities. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services is highly preferred. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. - Self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
