Soccer specialty retail has been re-invented inside our doors with a large format, experiential and service focused approach. Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service * Maintain and monitor visual standards for retail stores * Daily communication with Management Team on department-related needs * Responsible for inventory control and shrink reduction * Execution and communication of marketing initiatives to attract new business and satisfy existing business * Demonstrate the ability to achieve store sales and Key Performance Indicators * Assist management with overall store operations, including opening and closing store and assisting other departments when needed * Identify merchandise issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales and customer service * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math * Ability to stock merchandise effectively and maintain store organization * Experience with POS systems are a plus * Bilingual abilities are a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift Application Question(s): * Please let us know if you have soccer experience or knowledge.
