Who We're Seeking: * 4 highly motivated individuals with a strong drive to succeed. * Sales experience is a must, with 2 years preferred. Service Areas: * Roofing services in Cypress, Tomball, Montgomery, Katy, Richmond, and surrounding Houston locations. Qualifications: * Strong communication skills. * Reliable vehicle for traveling. * Professional appearance. * Sales experience required. Job Details: * Full-time, commission-based role. Income Potential: * $100,000 to $350,000 annually, based on commission. Required Experience: * Sales experience: 2 years preferred. Compensation Structure: * Commission-only role with earnings based on performance. Additional Compensation: * All income is commission-based. Work Setup: * Option to work at a single location or fully remote. Perks: * Flexible work schedule. Reporting Structure: * Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Work Hours: * Monday to Friday, with on-call availability.
