Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, personable, and results-driven Sales Associate who will be an integral part of our customer experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about fine jewelry, excels at building lasting client relationships, and thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused retail environment. This role is responsible for guiding clients through the entire sales journey --from first greeting to final purchase--with professionalism, product knowledge, and a commitment to exceeding expectations. Key Responsibilities * Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Warmly greet clients and offer tailored assistance to match them with the perfect piece. * Drive Sales Performance: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through consultative selling techniques. * Provide Product Expertise: Communicate the history, craftsmanship, and value behind our antique, vintage, and estate jewelry offerings. * Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through thoughtful follow-up and communication. * Operational Excellence: Process transactions accurately, maintain customer profiles, and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures. * Store Presentation & Security: Assist with daily opening and closing duties, including safe handling of inventory and maintaining a clean, elegant sales floor. * Collaborate as a Team Player: Support coworkers and contribute to an environment that reflects Perry's core values of positivity, integrity and teamwork.
