About Us: The Remodeling Authority is a rapidly growing company in the exterior remodeling and storm restoration industry. We pride ourselves on integrity, trust, and delivering results. We're now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help lead our exterior storm restoration division. What You'll Do: * Lead and train a team of sales reps in exterior storm restoration sales. * Inspect residential properties for hail and wind damage using industry best practices. * Write accurate estimates in Xactimate and build scopes of work aligned with insurance guidelines. * Attend adjuster meetings on behalf of homeowners to advocate for proper claim approvals. * Build and maintain relationships with homeowners throughout the restoration process. * Drive revenue growth and ensure your team hits sales targets. * Stay current on building codes, product knowledge, and insurance claim procedures. What We're Looking For: * Proven experience in storm restoration sales (roofing/siding/gutters focus). * Hands-on experience inspecting storm damage and identifying legitimate claims. * Proficient in Xactimate estimating software. * Strong knowledge of insurance claims process , scopes, supplements, and adjuster interactions. * Leadership experience - preferably leading or managing a sales team. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Self-driven, confident, and committed to growth *Pay will include Salary, Comission & Profit Sharing Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Allison Park, PA 15101 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Allison Park, PA 15101: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Allison Park, PA 15101
