Exciting Job Opportunity at Burn Boot Camp! Are you ready to be the face of Burn Boot Camp and play a pivotal role in our thriving community? We're currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Member Service and Sales Associate! As a Member Services and Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring they have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You'll work closely with our team to maximize client satisfaction, facilitate day-to-day operations, and drive the growth of our member base. Roles and Responsibilities: * Provide a full welcome experience for each client * Facilitate day-to-day operations related to trial clients, contract sales, and retail transactions * Maintain retail center cleanliness and organization * Attend community and philanthropic events * Assist in promoting gym focuses and challenges * Ensure facility cleanliness and maintenance * Oversee memberships, answer phones, and respond to emails Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong communication and customer service skills * Proficiency in social media * Ability to multitask and stay organized * Positive and motivating attitude * Flexibility and availability * Sales experience preferred Job Type: Part-time * Pay:* $11-$16 per hr * Expected Hours:* 4 - 20 hours/week * Education:* High school or equivalent (Required) * Work Location:* In person Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Discounted Gym membership * Nutrition guidance If you're ready to join our dynamic team and make a difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you!
