We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as an Event Lead Generation Representative. In this role, you will represent our company at various home shows, festivals, and events throughout the year. If you enjoy the idea of getting paid to engage with people face-to-face, this is the job for you! Your main responsibilities in this role go as follows: * Professionally represent Florida Window and Door at home shows, festivals, and * other events. * Follow our established sales process to maximize engagement and results. * Engage with customers at events and schedule appointments. * Set up and break down the booth during events, ensuring an inviting and organized display. Key Qualifications Include (please read thoroughly): * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Availability to work every weekend and evenings. * Must have a reliable vehicle with sufficient space to transport materials and equipment, along with a valid driver's license (extensive driving required). * Ability to travel frequently throughout Floridas Central and East Coast, with the possibility of up to 2 hours of travel each way to event destinations. * Travel times will vary, and long trips will not be required every time. * Must be able to stand for long periods of time. * Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend work and various events. * Energetic and approachable personality with a passion for customer * 2+ years of experience in front-end sales or lead generation. Compensation: We offer a very aggressive compensation plan with a base pay and performance- based bonus. You become eligible for a bonus based on performance, potentially earning up to $1200 per event. We also pay for travel time and cover travel gas expenses. We do not limit bonuses and truly appreciate and reward hard work!
