Ubique Group is looking for a B2B Quote Specialist. The primary role of the Flash Furniture B2B Quote Specialist is to support inbound demand by generating customs sales quotes for the National, Omni Channel and Customer Engagement Sales Teams. This associate will be directly responsible for managing a daily pipeline of leads and is expected to understand the multi-tiered pricing structure. Overall performance will be measured against speed, accuracy and daily activity KPI's. This position is fast paced and will require excellent time management and prioritization to manage the abundance and variety of daily tasks. * Master the Wholesale pricing structure * Proficient in qualifying customer needs as it relates to product, competitors, and arrival date. * Properly record customer notes and follow-up tasks succinctly within CRM. * Efficiently manage emails, cases and sales team requests. * Clear communication with management as it relates to customer needs. A few examples include, but are not limited to discount requests, delivery expediting, custom products. * Excels in written and verbal communication. * Any additional sales activities that may arise within the organization not listed here. Requirements: * 3 Years Minimum Sales Experience * 3 Years Minimum in High Call Volume, Competitive Sales Environment * Experience using and logging data in a CRM * Ability to thrive in a team environment, as well as act as individual contributor * Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.) * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience * Professional approach and demonstration of business acumen * Understanding of sales and closing techniques Preferred: * Experience with Salesforce.com * Knowledge of Furniture industry including: Office, Rental, Residential and Public Sector Benefits: * Position is fully remote We offer a competitive benefit package that includes: * Major medical, dental and vision coverage available with no waiting period * Free Employee Assistance Program * 401K with match * Employee discount-Receive Ubique Group products at company cost * On demand pay option available Ubique Group offers 9 paid holidays per year plus a floating holiday and up to 18 Accrued PTO days per year.
