Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Demonstrate products through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and interest. * Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Maintain an organized sales floor by stocking merchandise, ensuring products are displayed attractively, and managing inventory levels. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the shopping experience. * Utilize retail math to assist customers with pricing inquiries and provide accurate information on promotions or discounts. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. * Assist in training new staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
