Sales Success Coordinator - Play a vital role in empowering our sales team! As a Sales Success Coordinator, you'll provide fast, efficient, and accurate support to our sales teams, directly contributing to their success. This role involves comprehensive sales support and collaboration across departments to ensure swift resolution of any challenges our reps face. Core Responsibilities: At Moxie, we're committed to providing a best-in-class experience for our sales reps. You'll be instrumental in ensuring they have the support and resources needed to excel, working diligently and with keen attention to detail to resolve their issues quickly. Top Priority: Act as the main point of contact for our field sales team to provide day-to-day support and problem solving. This will cross over areas of: * Technology Support * Housing Support * Payroll Support * Contracts Support * Manage communication flow across Zendesk, Slack, and ClickUp, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. * Highly detail-oriented in managing multiple systems and data. * Provide first class customer service to sales reps. * Provide broad support to the Sales Operations Department leadership.
