Agency was established in 1991 and our goal is to provide great customer service while helping our customers make informed decisions regarding their insurance needs. As a customer service representative in my agency you will become a vital part of helping us grow, while providing much needed direct personal service to our valued customers. This position does require an Indiana and or Kentucky Property and Casualty License. QUALIFICATIONS: * Communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented and able to multitask. * Previous customer service experience preferred.
