Job Overview Bio-Medical Equipment Service Co. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this full-time role, you will work directly with our account managers, assisting customers with day-to-day support, providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience. You will engage with customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
