About Us: Hose Solutions is a leading distributor of hydraulic and industrial hose products, known for top-tier service and expertise. We're seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive sales from within our office. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain current knowledge of products, services and procedures through ongoing training * Manage pricing inquiries and formal quote requests for all product lines; respond to inquiries in a timely manner * Manage all incoming sales orders; ensure all necessary information is included in order form before routing to production department * Coordinate with accounting department to ensure proper credit terms are applied to each order; record sales orders into computer system * Provide product recommendations and quotes for hydraulic and industrial hose applications * Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and new product lines * Collaborate with the outside sales team and warehouse staff Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in hydraulic and industrial hose sales (inside sales preferred) * Strong knowledge of hoses, fittings, and related applications * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Proficiency with sales/order entry systems and Microsoft Office * Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Shift: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
