Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key to driving sales and maintaining store standards. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Provide knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and services. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. * Supervise junior staff when required, providing guidance and support in their roles. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. * A passion for retail sales and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
