Full description of the position

Assist the Sales department and customers. Write-up quotes for customers, answer phones and enter sales orders. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Role and Responsibilities * Create, enter and updates sales orders based upon client purchase orders, equipment receipts and salesperson/client direction. * Create written equipment repair quotes form details provided by our estimating dept. * Provide internal coordination upon release of a client repair. * Maintain detailed customer and repair records. * Research data and create reports for Sales, Clients, Production and Accounting as needed. * Create documentation requested by clients. * Answer telephone, take and relay messages and provide information to callers. * Respond to inquiries from customers via phone, email, and fax. * General administrative and clerical support. * Work closely with all other departments internally. * All other duties assigned
