As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing existing accounts while also identifying new business opportunities. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. * Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and any issues that may arise. * Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate leads and expand the customer base. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on account management and growth initiatives. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activity, managing sales pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics. * Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and aligning them with our technology solutions. * Lead presentations and demonstrations of products to potential clients, showcasing their benefits and features. Skills * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. * Proven experience in sales, particularly in account management or technology sales environments. * Strong leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and team members alike. * Proficiency in warm calling techniques to engage potential clients effectively. * Ability to negotiate terms that benefit both the company and the client while maintaining positive relationships. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client interactions and sales processes. * A solid understanding of technical sales concepts related to our product offerings is preferred.
