Your Role As a Business Development Representative at LEMG, you'll focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting our growth in the corporate, association, higher ed, and non-profit sectors. You'll be integral to our success, driving new opportunities and contributing to a collaborative, innovative team culture. Responsibilities * New Business Development: * Craft an annual Business Development Plan for your region in alignment with company goals. * Research and identify potential buyers of production services. * Actively prospect organizations to generate new business and expand opportunities. * Vet potential clients to ensure they align with LEMG's high standards. * Explore and pursue new revenue streams for business growth. * Marketing & Content Contribution: * Contribute to the annual Master Marketing Process and offer insights. * Share your expertise and thought leadership through social media and blog content. * Sales: * Collaborate with the Sales team to funnel leads into the Sales Pipeline. * Manage and respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP). * Work with clients to finalize deals and ensure smooth transitions to our operations team. * Client Relationships: * Take ownership of the growth and development of your leads and client portfolio. * Use our CRM system to maintain ongoing communications with current and potential clients. * Attend networking events and build relationships with potential clients and partners. * Manage client reviews and surveys to measure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. * Facilitation & Assistance: * Support leadership on special projects and help move initiatives forward. * Collaborate with the LEMG team to ensure seamless project execution.
