This position plays a crucial role in maintaining communication between clients, contractors, and office staff throughout the roofing process. Key Responsibilities * Customer Communication: Answer all incoming phone calls with a 90% accuracy rate, ensuring professional and friendly service. * Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule all incoming estimate appointments via phone, email, and online platforms. * Customer Support: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues quickly, ensuring high customer satisfaction. * Office Support: Provide general office support, including preparing and editing correspondence via phone and email. * Other Duties: Handle various administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements * Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in an office or sales support role. * Computer Skills: Proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Facebook, Yelp, and other common software. * Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision. * Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy. * Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce and communicate professionally with co-workers, customers, and vendors. * Adaptability: Ability to learn and retain product information quickly, and adapt to evolving processes and procedures. * Motivation: Energetic, assertive, self-motivated, and reliable with a strong sense of urgency. * Punctuality: Punctual and reliable with a professional work ethic.
