Salary: $38000.00 - $75000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Mon-Fri Schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) * Responsibilities Client Consultation: Provide expert guidance to clients regarding their insurance options, helping them make informed decisions. Tailored Solutions: Develop personalized insurance plans that cater to the unique needs of each client. Relationship Development: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing trust and satisfaction. Market Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the insurance industry to provide clients with the most current information. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in insurance consulting or sales is preferred, but not required. At least 2 years of customer service experience is required. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients. Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to prioritize client needs and provide outstanding service. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess clients' needs and suggest appropriate insurance solutions. Tech Literacy: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also independently handling tasks effectively.
