*Looking to hire immediately Spartan Ridge Inc has recently opened a branch in Lexington, KY, while aggressively looking for the right talent to grow our company with! We are excited to announce our most recent expansion right here in Louisville, Kentucky. We are filling a position to be a key part of our award-winning team. With the right skill set, we believe we offer the training needed for most anyone to excel in our business. Therefore, we are currently offering the opportunity to join our company with little to no experience required. Minimal experience is needed (as long as work ethic is there) & paid training provided. Responsibilities include: * Learning our communication, sales material, & office structure * Daily training to become a liaison between sales and clients * Attend daily training clinics on quality assurance, quality control of the sales process, professional development, and mastering communication techniques * Weekly goal setting and personalized coaching from leadership daily * Tracking sales and retention through SalesForce * Daily feedback and reminder calls to customers to ensure high retention and build professional relationships with customers Candidate Qualities: * Teamwork: Culture is key in our company. Works well as a team member. * Problem Solving: Recognizes and defines problems; analyzes relevant information; encourages alternative solutions and plans to resolve situations; seeks additional assistance when needed. * Communication: Communicate & listen to customers needs to provide a solution best fit for each individual. * Positive attitude and professional demeanor. * Personal confidence and genuine aspiration to help our clients and support team members. Qualifications and Skills Desired: * 1-2 years experience in a customer service environment or related field. * Great communication skills (active listening and speaking) * Experience interacting with people (co-workers or customers) on a daily basis. * High school or college graduates preferred.
