KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES * This is a True Hunter position in a fast-paced and competitive vertical, with internal support systems in place to provide qualified leads within small to medium size businesses * Strong work ethic with the ability to overcome objections and build trust * Solution selling mentality, providing the best solutions for our merchants * Ability to develop a plan and execute on a daily basis to build a pipeline of satisfied merchants * B2B Sales Experience with excellent communication and networking skills * Ability to manage time and hold yourself accountable for production and results * 1-3 years of outside sales experience preferred PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Proven "Hunter" Mentality: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly competitive environment, with the drive and ambition to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. * Resilient and Results-Driven: Strong work ethic, with the ability to overcome objections, build trust, and establish lasting relationships with clients. * Solution-Oriented Sales Approach: A consultative mindset focused on delivering tailored solutions that address the unique needs and challenges of each merchant. * Strategic and Self-Motivated: Skilled at developing and executing a daily action plan to consistently build and maintain a robust pipeline of satisfied clients. * B2B Sales Expertise: Proven experience in B2B sales, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills to engage decision-makers and close deals effectively. * Time Management and Accountability: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and consistently meet sales goals. * Sales Experience: 1-3 years of outside sales experience preferred, with a track record of success in driving new business and achieving targets.
