Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business development, and fostering strong relationships with our clients. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. * Develop and implement strategic plans for business development to expand account relationships. * Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. * Utilize Service Auto Pilot for tracking account activities, managing sales pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback. * Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company objectives while providing value to clients. * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements. * Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Experience * Proven experience in account management or a similar role within technology sales. * Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Proficiency in Service AutoPilot or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. * Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing projects or teams. * Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape in the technology sector is a plus. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
