Prestige Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Mercedes Benz of St. Clair Shores and Prestige Cadillac of Warren. PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED Compensation & Benefits: * Average of $70,000 - $150,000, depending on experience * BCN/BCBS Health insurance * Delta Dental & VSP -Vision Insurance * Company-Paid Life Insurance * 401(k) * Paid Holidays & Vacation * Great Training/Development Opportunities! * ALL team members receive a paid day off for their BIRTHDAY! Duties include but are not limited to: * Greet customers arriving at the dealership. * Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models. * Showcase the dealership's vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers. * Answer customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process. * Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices. * Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers' vehicles. * Closes sales by overcoming objections, and completing sales and purchasing contracts. * Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer's financing and ownership options. * Provides sales management information by completing reports.
