Inside Sales Representative Work Environment: Onsite during the initial training and ramp-up period, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance. First-Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): Average range of $65,000 -$80,000. Compensation Structure: Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and uncapped commissions. What We're Seeking: We're looking for an Inside Sales Champion who thrives in guiding customers through their move, ensuring they snag the best utility deals. If you're a natural at sparking connections, crafting personalized solutions, and love the thrill of exceeding sales targets, you could be the perfect fit! What you 'll be doing: * Calling customers to educate them on their options to help provide the best home services solution using an outbound phone sales approach. * Communicate with existing and past customers to generate new leads. * Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets. * Setting follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments. * Maintaining accurate call notes using our CRM (Salesforce). * Leveraging the knowledge of your team members, our tools, and ongoing development opportunities to master your sales pitch. * Collaborating with our service team if any issues arise. * Dialing the phone up to 4 hours and/or 75 dials to call new leads and clear assigned leads daily.
