Full description of the position

* 20 Hours Per Week. * Not a Holiday/Seasonal Position. * Ability to multi-task. * Answer all phone calls and booking of grooming appointments. * Check-in/check-out all grooming customers and complete all retail sales. * Deliver superior customer service to all retail/grooming customers with a "customer comes first" attitude and connecting with the customer. * Listen and offer customers educated suggestions based on pet needs. * Respond to customer needs, special requests and complaints and alert the manager as needed. * Follows Woof Gang Bakery operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety and security. * Assist with inventory, stocking of shelves and special orders. * Be able to lift 45+ pounds. * Maintain the stamina to stand for long periods of time. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace and store environment. * Open and close the store (including POS reports). * Baking & Decorating doggie treats & cakes. * Keep store clean of doggie accidents, dust & dog hair.
