Full description of the position

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist. This individual will provide external/internal sales support, sales order entry and respond to customer and internal inquiries. * Manage all aspects of customer service coordination from project initiation through invoicing * Maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system by inputting quotations. * Import job design BOMs from ENERVEX WISP design software into Microsoft NAV to create quotes. * Perform follow-ups to costumers on a recurring basis to ensure CRM is up to date * Prepare quotations according to bid specification and equipment schedules, with accurate configurations * Provide product and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions. * Perform calculations in proprietary design software. * Prepare specifications and submittal packages. * Provide sales vs. budgets results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports to customers on a quarterly basis.. * Forward samples and marketing materials by entering requests, arranging shipments, and notifying customers. * Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Skills & Experience * Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience * Experience in customer service * Prior experience with Microsoft NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required, and familiarity with PandaDoc is considered an advantage * Previous experience in construction with the ability to read and pull plans * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) * Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. * College degree preferred * Min 3 years' experience in sales Benefits * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Paid time off
