Join us for flexibility and generous commission. We make high end leather business bags for men and women, along with a limited selection of accessories. The founder of the business, Josh, is also the one single craftsman that builds these items entirely by hand and is in need of a sales team. As a sales associate you would be involved in networking and outreach to meet our monthly sales goals every month. A commission of 15% on leather goods will be shared and paid out bi-weekly according to the date of sale. We are looking for someone who is driven, outgoing, and potentially involved or participating in the Charlotte fashion industry who can help us to plug in and grow our brand through the clients that you build relationships with. To be candid, I need people that know what I don't know. Not someone who I will have to train in sales. We will teach you all you need to know about the product to communicate to clients effectively. But what we wont be able to teach you is who to look for and how to find them. We believe that someone who is a part of the right community and with the right set of skills can come in to teach US something. This is why the commission for this position is significantly higher than what competitors in the industry are willing to share. Another unique thing about this position is the schedule. To be candid again, I don't care when you want to work or don't want to work. I care about our sales goals being met, and if you can meet your monthly sales goal in 3 days then fine! Exceeding sales goals will be met with bonuses. The low number on our pay range is if the minimum sales goals are being met. The higher number is just an estimate, as the number will always go up with whatever you sell. This is a small husband and wife business. We aren't looking to micromanage.
