Service Coordinator Taylor Freezer Sales is a restaurant equipment company that strives to provide the best customer service possible to restaurants across the Southeast. We are looking for a full-time Service Coordinator in our Cumming, GA office. We are seeking someone who is great on the phone, who has excellent analytical skills, and who is a serious multi-tasker. Project scheduling and customer service experience are HUGE pluses. If you are self-motivated and have superb interpersonal skills, then you'll thrive in this work environment. Our ideal candidate is one who is proactive, is experienced, truly enjoys providing superior service, and has great organizational skills. Responsibilities: * Receive inbound customer service requests * Maintain technician schedules * Work with other Service Coordinators to route technicians based on existing schedules * Review customer database to ensure information is correct and up to date * Generate required daily and weekly status reports * Perform other job related responsibilities and functions as directed by Service Manager General Qualifications: * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent verbal/written communication skills * Microsoft Office * Positive attitude * Problem solving skills * Basic computer skills needed to utilize the company operating system * Must be very detail oriented * Must be able to multitask Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) * Project scheduling: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
