Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Technician to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting equipment demonstrations, maintaining printing equipment, and developing local business through cold calling. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in the printing industry and a passion for building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Equipment Demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations of our printing equipment for potential customers, showcasing features, capabilities, and benefits to drive sales. * Maintenance of Printing Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist customers with technical support and service inquiries. * Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by prospecting and engaging potential clients. * Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process. * Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to meet sales targets. * Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services. * Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and equipment maintenance in our CRM system. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline) preferred. * 2+ years of experience in sales, technical support, or a related role, preferably in the printing or apparel decoration industries. * Strong technical aptitude and understanding of printing processes, equipment, and materials. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. * Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales through effective customer engagement. * Experience with cold calling and developing new business relationships. * Proficiency in CRM software and Google G-Suite. * A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction.
